This website is a freelance project for an apartment management and real estate company based in Bangor, Maine.
The website is currently in production, and its primary function will be to display the information for the company’s apartment buildings and units, including details of the apartment units such as availability rent, bed/bath arrangements, photos and floorplans, and locations on interactive Google Maps.

I conceptualized, designed and developed this website over the 2006-2007 school year for my Senior Capstone Project in the New Media program at the University of Maine.
I put together this site as a prototype for a online community to help filmmakers, especially amateurs, find new locations to shoot their films. Visitors could browse through locations based on several criteria, such as lighting quality, accessibility, or sound quality, as well as see locations positioned on an interactive map.
Members could upload photographs of their locations, drag & drop it on a map, rate it on several criteria, and tag it with searchable keywords to describe the location.
I self-learned the technologies used on this site over the course of the school year, including the PHP that runs the dynamic content, MySQL that serves as the database, and Google Maps integration.
